🎨 Austin Studio Tour at De La Madre Village

Art, nature & childhood — together in one little village.

Come wander through the Village, experience original artwork, meet local artists and explore an interactive, nature-inspired art experience designed to invite both children and adults into the creative process.

🌿 The Exhibition

The exhibition will bring together a collection of artists and perspectives, including:

Victoria Joy Hutson
Watercolor artist, children's book author and founder of De La Madre Village

Alberto Guerrero
Mixed-media artist and De La Madre educator

Ashley Ward
Guest Texas artist

Alongside the featured artists, we’ll be showcasing children’s artwork created at De La Madre, celebrating the creativity and perspective of our youngest artists.

🎨 An Interactive Art Experience

This isn't a traditional gallery. Art will spill into the natural environment of the Village, inviting visitors to slow down, explore and interact. Expect a nature-inspired experience.

Sunday Stretch Club - Kids Yoga

Bring your child(ren) to sing, move, and play in this outdoor 30 min yoga class. This class is most appropriate for ages 2-6 but younger/older siblings are welcome! Parents are welcome to join or stay nearby / watch. After class, we'll connect and play on De La Madre's beautiful shaded playground. Class will be held inside if weather permits. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga to preschoolers and families, Erin Givarz, MSW, former play therapist, preschool teacher, parent coach, & certified kids yoga instructor will combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath, & relaxation. Bring a water bottle & blanket/mat for class! We’ll have some extra mats as well.
