We love these easy little mushrooms made out of corks! We use them with our indoor felt play mat, treehouse/dollhouse and outdoor natural building block area. They are versatile, so cute and VERY FUN!

Step 1: Gather corks. These must be champagne corks as they have the bulbous head. My recommendation is to drink mimosas with other moms, & save the corks….the more the better….this way then you can have more corks for mushrooms!!!


Step 2: Paint, the top is red, just above the neck of the cork (I use non-toxic acrylic paint). Wait for the coat to completely dry.

Step 3: Paint cute white accents such as spots and trim.

Step 3: PLAY!!!!! Play is always the answer.
